We have a congestion problem related to the processor load in almost all the slots. As a final conclusion we will add a new RNC.
My question to an open discussion is How can we avoid this in the future!
1. Which level of load is acceptable to initiate an alarm?
2. An action before counter RejRrcConnMpLoadC add events.
