Stats HS code usage in E******* R7.1

I have cells with lics for 16 users and 10 hs codes but in the stats on BH it never goes more that 8.75 users average per hour.

This is normal?

How can I get HS codes usage in e******* r7.1?

dynamic code allocation is activated in RBS (Check with get . lic in moshell) so since for each user code allocation will be different your code usage would not be an integer value . In the cases that this value is integer means some thing is wrong on the cells!

But how can I see the HS code usage. I can only see the average HS user, and some of the sites do not have dynamic code allocation or code multiplexing.
