Network outage+KPI+BSC6000

Dear all,
while analysing Network Performance ,Outage play major Role In degradation of cell level KPI,and 4 Big network it is hard to map outage and BBH KPI,this Probleum what i facing....while giving justification 2 my bse that the particular cell diped bcz of outage.

Now i request 2 huawei genious pl sujjest me simple method to map this type of probleum ,if somebody have macro regarding this pl share.(for bsc 6000)

don't you have access into M2000 ? i thing from M2000 you can have all counter you need.

After a long time i got success.Now you can map outage with the cell which get affected due to outage.Here is a macro.

Steps for rum MACRO as stated below:

1. Get the latest Neighbor dump & paste it in “NEIGHBOR LIST” Sheet available in Given BBH_Exclusion_Final File.
2. Keep the outage report & Ran 5a file in any folder
3. Run The macro(Alt+F8)
4. Provide Ran_5A report path when asked by macro
5. Provide Outage report path when asked by macro
6. Press Ok when asked
7. Save the File when asked with BBH_Exclusion_(date) in your required folder.

The macro O/p Provides five affected KPI sheet.
The Title in each sheet Represent as Given Below.

Title Description
Name of Original Cell Cell Having Outage
Name of Adjacent Cell Affected Neighbor Cell
SO Start of outage Hour
EO End of outage Hour
SB Start of Busy Hour
EB Start of Busy Hour
