Yes you can, However this requires addons such as Piano or Cell C

There are many ways and possibilities to help you in using MI especially in RF part. Even many of RF tools can export their result to mapinfo for further manipulation and analysis. If reading MI features doc, you might not find the solution. The best way is thorugh try and error, and search specific Map Basic program from internet. :)
