Hi experts,

I would like to take TN38 and ICSU logs for NSN RNC to do issue troubleshooting. I have no idea which tools I can use to take these logs. Anybody can give me some suggestion?

you shoud be able to log on to Nols and down load Tech note 38 macro, and run on RNC, this will collect all the required logs needed to TS.

Anybody can provide the tool "RncLogCol.exe" which can be used to collect RNC TN38 logs?

I opened a issue ticket to NSN last week, but have not got any response. NSN technical support is really bad!
