Hi colleagues,
I am looking for colleagues who are working with FACTS reporting tool (MTN proprietary tool) and where some KPIs are defined differently from the standard E******* KPIs.
One such KPI is PTFAIL:
TFCONGSHOSUB + THCONGSAS + THCONGSHO + THCONGSASSUB + THCONGSHOSUB)
PTFAIL=100*(TFCALLS + THCALLS – (TFMSESTB+THMSESTB) - (TFCONGSAS + TFCONGSHO + TFCONGSASSUB + TFCONGSHOSUB + THCONGSAS + THCONGSHO + THCONGSASSUB + THCONGSHOSUB ))/( TFCALLS + THCALLS)
Any document on how this is usually optimized in your network?
