What is TTI? Does TTI act the role in 64QAM? Who can help me to be clear abut this concept? :p

It is the unit of transmission which relates the transport blocks size. Hence, at the receiver all bits from a TTI must be received before they can be deinterleaved and decoded. The TTI size impacts the granularity of scheduling. R99 UMTS supports TTI sizes of 10, 20, 40 and 80 ms. HSDPA supports a TTI of 2 ms, whereas HSUPA supports both 2ms and 10 ms. In LTE the TTI size is further reduced to 1 ms.

As regards, your second question, TTI is not related to modulation.

@firstmaxim: pretty well explained...

TTI determines the network response time to different services and as new promising technology on the transport network layer comes out we can expect in the near future micro second level...
