business objects enterprise XI installation problem ??

hello guys.

i have some problem while installing business objects new version.

i start installation and everything goes fine but at the end of the installation , suddenly there is an error comes to the screen " Business Objects Enterprise XI Setup Failed." And after that all files which are installed deleted automatically by the installation program.

I don't understand why this is happening.

Do you have any idea how i can solve this problem ?


Windows version is Windows 7 64bit Ultimate
Computer is very strong. i5 processor , 4GB ram ...

is ur setup complete with all the files necessary..??? any error code flashed during installation..?
are u installing server components or client components..?

actually we installed this Business Objects all computers in our company and they are working properly.
This is the first time i came across to a problem like this.

I guess we are installing client components but i am not sure.

try to reinstall it again...without cause i wont be able to understand prob..m sory

that's it. i installed it over and over again like 5 times.

everytime it gives the same error

"Business Objects Enterprise XI Setup Failed."

There is no other error messages.

Guys do you have any ideas ? I still couldn't handle this error. : /
