Is DINGLI tool a drive test tool?

Could you compare advantage/disadvantage DINGLI with TEMS?

wqould like to share comparison of dingli with TEMS and nemo but attachment is nt wrking

I heard from a friend that Dingli was useless compared to all other drive test tools. According to him it crashed a lot, had poor english manuals and very bad performance during data sessions.
