Calculator ITU-R P.1546 Propagation Model

Hello!

Please help me to find a calculator for ITU-R P.1546 Propagation Model.
I need to calculate distance between transmission and reception antennas when are knows heights of transmission and reception antennas, EIRP, frequency and values of field-strength in reception points.
Or please help me to implement this Propagation model in Excel or another format.
