3G ZTE KPI formulas

Hi everybody,

I am a 3G RF Engineer and now I have to build 3G KPI formulas of ZTE vendor.
Could someone help to provide formulas of ZTE vendor:

1. SoftHOSR (CS/PS), Inter-FreqHOSR (CS/PS);
2. Radio Resource Congestion Rate (CS/PS);
3. R99 DL/UL Throughput, HSDPA DL/UL Throughput.
