RTWP and call drop for U900 & U2100

Hi,
when analysing some cell, I noticed that, for the same sector, the U900 cell and the U2100 have both a high RTWP level (around -75), But the U900 shows higher drop call rate compared to the U2100.
does this make sense ??

depend on traffic, if 2G more loaded so it makes higher rates for drop
