E*******: RNO, Radio Network Optimization, User Guide

Dated 2008, includes parts of GSM and parts of UMTS
This is not PDF file, it is rather a Microsoft MHT file (complete webpage in one file). Please do not download this if you do not have Microsoft Internet Explorer since it does not work with with other browsers. Because this file appears to be part of an online library, it has some java controls, which do not work when the file is taken out of the library location, however this does not interfere with the display of the file, which is both readable and printable and clickable (some external references to other documents in the library do not work).
The document is useful to read, convenient to navigate and can be printed for reading from a hard copy.
To help you decide whether this is of interest to you, please find below the following:
1) Complete Table of Contents
2) Sample pages (as screenshots)
The ZIP file is not protected with a password. Again a reminder: the file inside only works with Internet Explorer from Microsoft.
Please feel free to download, browse, print, convert to PDF, etc. Please return to add reputation only if you really found this useful (which would be greatly appreciated).
Enjoy,
Resistor
