Hi All,
Looking for some good dedicated and detail material for LTE RRC(Radio Resource Control) and RRM(Radio Resource Management). I know there are plenty of LTE books and material available in this forum/net but looking for some detailed material. i know RRC 3GPP specs (36.331) !!
