Hi there,

Did you try to run TCP optimiser prior to making TEMS sessions on Windows 7? Just an idea. You can download it here: SpeedGuide.net :: TCP Optimizer / Downloads (http://www.speedguide.net/downloads.php)

Windows 7 Specific

- User Access Control needs to be turned off to allow IP trace. It may also need to be disabled for other reasons
depending on its configuration.

- Windows Vista and Windows 7 have a function for automatic tuning of TCP settings. Check whether that
function is enabled as follows:
1) Open a Command Prompt using the Run As Administrator option (right-click the Command Prompt item on
the Start menu).
2) Type “netsh interface tcp show global” and inspect the value returned for Receive Window Auto-Tuning
Level.
3) If this parameter is disabled, give the command “netsh interface tcp set global
autotuninglevel=highlyrestricted” to enable it.

Just advice :)
In order to do correct measurements, please change Windows XP settings regarding this recommendations (http://mobilesociety.typepad.com/mobile_life/2006/10/tcp_settings_fo.html) or leave default settings
