ICS NG TELECOM newer version with ITU 1812 PROPAGATION MODEL

I honest believe me I do all my effort to make an optimize rf planning coverage for BTS (IN V/UHF BAND ) located in complex area (area beside mountain ) ,

I do my planning using longly rice propagation modelwith many rf program but result not the same

recently I know a newer propagation model ITU 1812 which replace longly rice
i need help urgent to get ICS NG TELECOM FOR ATDI but newer version with ITU 1812 PROPAGATION MODEL
