Maning Global currently is looking for a fluent German speaking UMTS/HSPA/HSDPA Planner to freelance work for one of our clients based in NRW, 6months+ duration.
Experience required includes planning on GSM/UMTS/HSPA (ideally NSN systems) with good knowledge of Capacity Planning for UMTS (Rel.99 / HSDPA), and good basic knowledge in Database, SQL.
