Hi im a new engineer in telecommunication i really wanna have a career in radio.
can anyone who has experience give an advice on how to begin my career and what's the courses that i have to master

wish you the best and good career to fulfill.

I suggest to start 2G, 3G then 4G.

I recommended that you should read GSM System Survey from E******* as a start.

Also Alcatel Material provides good information for beginners.

Some docs:
GSM_GPRS_WCDMA_Systems_Poster2.pdf -> network architecture
Evolium A9100 Base Station - Product Description.pdf -> BTS documentation (a bit old but it will give you a very good overview how the the different boards are connected)
GSM.zip -> chart flow (call start, location update, etc)
