Hello Engineers,
One of the biggest problem i am facing in my daily job working with Huawei 3G is the issue with HSDPA Users license and HS-PDSCH codes license monitoring and dimensioning at NodeB level. As you know well there is only one alarm indication for the first one and nothing more(based on NodeB level counters for utilization is also more or less not so straight forward indication for current and needed resources). Just to mentioned that the alarm is also not so reliable since it is activated when particular conditions are met that are quite high from the other hand. Does anyone of you have done HSDPA Users license and HS-PDSCH codes license at NodeB level monitoring and dimensioning, somehow? If you can provide some calculation or document/information is highly appreciated.
