I can find any 3G E******* counter in Alex, WCDMA RNC 3820 P7 for counter in RNC, WCDMA RBS 3206 P7 for counter in NodeB.

yes in alex we acn find the saem but i mean to say where they are stored in OSS. that table structure,

yes, there is a counter description document about how each pm counter are stored. it is useful for extracting performance information directly from sybase db. but i don't have that:(, it will be great if someone share it here.
