TCH Interference, HSN, MAIO

Hi all,

I am new worker who tries to optimise the network.
I need your help about TCH interference. I did a drive test recently. Many drops occured while RxLevel was good but RxQual Sub was bad. The reason seems to me using same TCH in the network. But my collegue said that it is not strongly possible, hopping regard that. It might casued Now I am confused.
I would like to learn how the TCH interference can be possible and how can I detect it?

you can observe this problem for tch intereference only during traffic hours so try to have logs for busy hours

So what about hsn and maio?? Actually I don't know much about hopping algorithm, please illuminate me :)
