Tracing IMSI on NSN RAN

Anybody have tried this command in BSC Siemens
CREATE CTRSCHED

The Question :
1. is it need a special tool to decode the result of record
2. After run this command, where we can get the log
Must enter into BSC (i mean use LMT, direct Acces to BSC)
or we can get log via RC / OMC
Which directory ?
3. is this command available in Nokia RAN (BSC3i, FLEXYBSC)

To my knowledge used have LMT login for Logs and Trace records
