the tool is graphical interface for bts settings,performance, alarms and statistics. It is really a great tool, because it cuts down time needed for punchin in the commands. and displays everything in logical order.
As far as i know it is developed only for 2G e*******.

Guys do u have any tutorials to setup a BSC? I have tried to setup a BSC with mfiol using the trial license but it keeps on giving me a connection error.:(.Cant we setup a live BSC with trial license?
