Hi friends,
Can anybody please explain how to calculate "maximumTransmissionPower" parameter based on RBS read only "maxDlPowerCapability" parameter and downlink attenuation?
I think there is a difference between calculation based on different kind of E******* nodeB also for example 3X06 series and 3418 series.
