Hi Engineers.
We activated HSUPA phase 1 and get very good results. But when we tried to activate HSUPA Phase 2 it doesn't work.
When 1 user it's conected you get very high throughputs, up to 4MB. But when more of 1 user it's connected the throughputs goes very bad.
Example:
1 User - 4mb
2 Users - 1mb
4 Users - 400kbps
When we tried Phase 1 we were 5 users with Susteined Throughputs fo 700kbps each.
Another thing that is happening is that in a cell.. with no upload traffic the RTWP goes from -105 to -100, but with 5 HSUPA users it goes to -90. It this normal??
I'm working with a Huawei Network with RAN 10. Can anybody share with me the parameters of a network with HSUPA Phase 2 working Well? I'll appreciate it a lot.
Any suggestions are welcome or documents or rcomendations.
