Dear Colleagues,
We have very strange problem in Huawei UMTS network, where HSUPA is active for all sectors, but the utilization of this service is very low. ~90% of entire UL PS traffic handled by R99 connections and only less than 10% by HSUPA.
The network is clean, no interference or excessive UL traffic.
HSDPA operates very good. The Traffic volume ratio between HSDPA and HSUPA is ~80 (80:1), while from other networks we've seen 4-6:1 only.
Can you suggest what can be a problem?
The software release is V900 12
