I am facing to this problem
We did a drive test Data ( FTP UL / FTP DL ) , for some cells with
EDGE DATA volume UL = 0
well there is no problems with FTP DL but with the FTP UL there is the below problem
after the session start we have session error and no data was sent and we get this message (Session Failure : (21) Port command failed )
Please any ideas ???
