Drop Call Breakdown Observation (NSN)

I need to retrieve the tables in NetAct OSS and I don't remember the exact location of the files. Tables are

OBSERVATION CALL DROP table Mane: P_NBSC_DC_OBS
Mane table DROP CALL BREAKDOWN: P_NBSC_DCB_OBS

what's the mean for "exact location"?
i think it's a table accessed by sql.and it attached to a tablespace,then the tablespace attach to a DBF file.

what's your mean about "retrieve"?can't you access the table without sql?
