Service Affecting Alarms_Call Initiation Issues in nsn wran

Hi,

Please help me with following,

1. What are the major service affecting alarms in nsn 3g RU10 system, and how to check the transmission errors

2. What is the reason of call initiation failure from database configuration reference?

3. How to investigate the issue if on newly onair site, CS Call has no issue but PS session initiation is failure.
