have the installer for Scout but no access to the dongle anymore
and no ******** AFAIK

need to check my stuff the others tools mentionned : TCE, COMBO, Hydra, etc etc
but we used ICS telecom for the planning

i am looking for a traffic modeling tool as well and from your docs it looks like TCE is the one i need.
also if you have examples/guidelines for Erl C traffic calculation form the user profile i would appreciate if you can share it.
