check out this doc which could be very useful for WCDMA packet-switched service optimization. It is a 106-page document from Huawei.

Summary of Contents:
1. Introduction
2. Evaluation of PS Throughput Problems
3. Data Collection
4. Analysis of Traffic Statistics Data
5. Analysis of DT/CQT Data
6. Cases
7. Summary
8. Appendix

Please don't forget to push the "rep" and "thanks" buttons if you find the doc useful.

Hey friend,
Even though you didn't provide the link to the post, the post which obviously you refer to, whose link is http://www.finetopix.com/library/10378-w-ps-service-problem-optimization.html, contains a 2006, 136pg doc, while that posted here is a 2008, 164pg doc. In other words, the present doc is a more recent edition.
So, in that wise, it is not particularly true to say that both docs are the same.

If you know of any post which is exactly the same as mine, please kindly provide the link and not just simply say "already shared". Thanks for the scrutiny, though...

I think 30 something additional pages for a document is making a big difference in a document
