BER at NodeB 3G

Dear all,

I have a problem with BER at RNC or NodeB. When I'm at RNC, loop E1 form NodeB to RNC, I don't see BER. But when I login into NodeB, Loop E1 from RNC to NodeB, I see BER. I don't know why?

Can anyone help me explain this problem?

maybe the cable tie between RNC and Optical Transmission is loose or having some kindda problem,you should check that.
