Urgent ! Problem with Intra RAU Update on Network

all expert engineer, i got some problem with indicates like below :

1. Intra RAU degraded on 3G to 3G (normally with 2G)
2. Network Element on same SGSN and have 2 RAC (Routing Area Code)
3. Cell that contributing scater not in one cluster

Any suggestion?
