if i restart the system i should reinstall the med again or not？

did you?:

1. overwrite that old med (analyzer.exe + lservrc) on C:\Program Files\Actix\Analyzer\Bin. after the installation?
2. overwrite the lservrc on:
a. C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Actix\Analyzer\Bin. if using winxp?
b. C:\ProgramData\....Actix\Analyzer\Bin. if using vista or 7?
3. run SENTEMUL and mounted actix_full.dng?

no mounting of dng needed, even how many times you restart your laptop/pc and run actix again. :cool:

Just configure SENTEMUL for Automatic Start...

- Open SENTEMUL
- Go to Driver tab
- Choose Automatic start
- Click Save State

NOw, Everytime you restart pc, sentemul will load the dng

9. don't close this application now

10. run "SENTEMUL2007.exe"; In "SENTEMUL2007.exe":

12. go to tab "Emulator"; Paste the code you have copied in step 7.4 in the "License" box

Few words about installing med (at least in my case installing on WinXP):
- Step 1 and 2: OK
- Step 3: not necessary.
- Step 4 to 9 and 11: NOT necessary, unless you get dongle expiration, which is not the case.
- Step 10 and 12 to 14: OK
- Step 15 to 18: Not necessary

Summarizing, everything related to edgespro11.exe is NOT necessary, unless you get message of dongle expiration when loading dng file. Dongle expiration in this case, refers to expiration of emulated dongle file provided by Sentemul guys (which you should buy, in real life) not refers to real Actix dongle.

I saw this same instructions in many places before, and for me, only leads to confussion, maybe was a bad translation or was OK for another dng file which expired in some moment (trial version obtained from Sentemul provider).

DNG file Im using is the same provided by ching2-o below in this same post.

My laptop was stolen and now I have a another laptop with 64 bit windows 7 OS.

I have installed SENTEMUL2010_x64 but the dump file "actix_full.dng" cannot be loaded in SENTEMUL2010_x64.


Can any anyone help for the medecine installation on 64bit OS?
