L3 messages in Siemens BSC

Hi,

Is there a way to get a log file of L3 messages in Siemens BR10 BSC?
I've got a BTS that has a problem on receiving handovers. Most of them fail. Everything else is ok.
If I can study the exchange of L3 messages, maybe I can pinpoint the problem.

you need someone to create a trace. only available in MSC. plus, it is a special feature that the customer has to buy (sometimes is disabled)
