I have a webbased CBT training and I want to record it "voice and Video" from my screen to my computer.
Any body can suggest a good softwafre to do that?

there are plenty of this kind of software on then internet...just use Google..

I am using snagit, it is good tool for voice and video recording already we depeding on it in our on-line seccion, it is free in the internet just search if you like it just add rep.

If you need it to record some videos with instructions or teach something, I recomend you Webex

I used Snagit and it works fine. The problem is the recorder videos are huge. it doesn't present any option for captured video compression or may be I don't how to do it.
any Idea?

install a video codec pack, then snag it will give you an option of whats installed on your pc I.E dvix, xvid wmv mp4 and so on

Or there are like 1000s of conversion SW, so you could do some crunching...
And the best part is that some of that SW allows you to use HW acceleration, e.g. CUDA, UVD, multithreaded CPU processing. It's a breeze to crunch and munch some vids this way. My personal favorites are Xilisoft's, Handbrake (open source), WinX's among others. There are some pro stuff too, if you like...
