BSC simulatotion

The OMCR part of BSC is driven by software....I mean the whole BSC is software driven...the question I am asking....that is it possible to install the software on pc/laptop...simulate or whatever....:rolleyes:

So that the configuration and everything can be simulated for Abis/Ater...database....really expecting some breakthrough:p
