hi Data Engineer,
one of the reasons for low EGPRS throughput is low IP volume (low data users), we can not tune those site due to customer behaviour.
if for example my target in the network is 100 kbps and the cells below this target i have to take action but still i will find cells which below target due to low IP volume.
i need to exclude those cells by making throshold for IP volume so for the cells which have EGPRS throughput below target and the IP volume below throshold will tune them
Question here: what will the thrsould for IP volume if my traget for EGPRS id 100 kbps???
