Anyone could provide me with docs relating to "Argorithm to find Dead Zone in GSM/UMTS via Driving Test". I want to write a software to find automatically DeadZone based on Driving Test results (or logfiles)".

what do you mean by Algorithm?
Just plot it using Actix for example; then you could detect your dead zones
