you have to check if you interference or not and is there any SDCCH TS on other TRX rather than BCCH try to shift it to BCCH TRX.

One reason can be improper cell reselections (coverage hole causing RACH attempt to one cell and immediate re-selection to another cell, incase SD will be allocated to the old cell, but no response from MS as it’s camped on to the new cell – Ping Pong Cell Reselection)

Thank you sir, but how to prove that (with counters or something else ) ?

You can observe it in drive test. However, at first you should go with RF Engineer advice and shift SD to BCCH TRX if it is currently on hopping.
