modified Power control tuning simulator

I modified the PC simulator for Huawei in order to see directly the impact of changing any parameter
i added four testing mobiles , you have to choose the initial level and C/I for each mobile and then after running the macro see the impact of PC parameters on the initial level
please give it a try and tell me your opinion
i try it in real network and we succeeded in lowering the downlink and uplink levels without affecting the drop and quality

this is a simulator for the optimized power control algorithm III in Huawei
according to the setting of the following parameters the down or up step size of the power control will change

rxlev adjust factor
rxqual adjust factor
rxlev protect factor
rxqual protect factor
attached file explains the power control algorithm and parameters

u have to change the values of the above parameters in the macro and the charts will show u the impact on level and C/I of different mobiles
u can also change the initial value of level and C/I for any mobile
