Looking to hire a Training project leader for 9 to 12 months renewable contract. Middle East.
Job description:
Strong knowledge of mobile telecommunication operations
In charge of knowledge management organization set-up
Validates that all required information are available (from key users, process owners and IT) and ensure proper format for trainings
In charge of training management (organisation, planning, content…) in order to ensures successful launch
Help set-up of customer knowledge management organisation in order to ensure that information (procedures, briefs…) will be updated and managed
