Task Description
- Support and troubleshooting the swaped Flexi Sites sites together with the customers SMC.
Key tasks
The SMC Support is responsible for databuild / datafill / integration and troubleshooting of the RAN .Use Databuild tools to produce datafill
Implement datafill in Netact according to schedule
Reporting to RIC Team Leader
Databuild Process and procedure implementation and development
Development and maintenance of databuild tools and process’s
Ensure on time delivery
Troubleshooting RAN problems
WCDMA Flexi WBTS Commissioning and Integration
Integration support of WCDMA Flexi Node B via Netact
WCDMA Flexi status handling via Netact
WCDMA RNC status handling via Netact
RAN Licence Handling using Netact
Alarm handling of WCDMA Flexi NodeB and RNC via Netact
Use of customer databases and operational tools (Wina, INES, Coms, FiledOps…)
Develop / produce scripts to support project
Enable Customer
Skills
- BTS, RNC
- Netact / Plan Editor
- Some Scripting
