Can anybody tell me in which formats we can extract Huawei Dumps & also it comes in XML format?

Are there any tools to process and read Huawei Dumps?

For 3G you can export RNC dump in .txt format

NodeB as : XML >> CME software is required to open the XML
BSC6900 "both GSM & UMTS" : .TXT
ALL RNCs: .TXT
