Hi Dear Experts,
I'm in trouble.

Please share your idea about Subway optimization.
The equipment is Huawei.
DCR is very high and we have congestion in some station suddenly.
Because one train is in station and it get some TCHF resources and sudenly on another train come in station and we have high TCH blocking and DCR.

Please help.
I will add Thanks and rep to every answer.

Please add additional radio resources to your site. Change to AMR HR.
You will experience DCR in subway system if you don't have coverage inside the tunnels as the call will drag and drop.

Run MRR and CTR and see where the call drops happen.

avoid assigning full rate TCH to every user u can switch permanent half rate.. by this way it can congestion can be coped a bit.

Dears,
In tunnel we have not gap coverage......
But just for 2 second it should handover to another cell.
Because they have overlap just for 2 second after that we have just one cell.
Please help me to improve handover in this period for example:
serving cell RX lev is : -90
Target Rxlev is: -92
RTL is 1
If it can handover to target cell even in this RX lev my problem would be solve.
System is Huawei 2g

please help me

I am not sure about Huawei equipment. Do you have a feature called TCC(Transmit Coherent Combining) or Software power boost(SWPB) where in you actually can increase the DL power by upto 3dB. In such a case where you have an dedicated cell that is not able to handoff to target cell, you can icrease the power of either source or target so that handover could be efficient?

If you have this feature, you should understand that you will lose capacity.

This is clearly a case of congestion. You can try to increase capacity. Before this is done you can check the maximum traffic when both trains are in the station (during BBH). Now based on capacity of site and the traffic, an estimate of capacity expansion requirements can be made. If you need to resolve this temporarily, then change the Half rate threshold to very low values (say 5 or 10) and AMR threshold to (10 or 15). Another option is to increase coverage and handover to adjacent sites by increasing power or decreasing the thresholds. Thus traffic can be diverted to other sites.

what are the dues of the drop is it radio issues (signal strength and quality) or it is other reason, how about your timeslots and availability, sometimes the timeslots are hanging reducing the capacity of the cell and hence make the congestion, I don't know if Huawei has a feature of steering traffic using layer structure, if so you could steer the traffic a way from your cell, checking the halfrate ratio is a must.

That's radio drop.
Now congestion is not important drop is trouble.
