Need help about manhattan tool (e*******)

Dear bros, could anyone plz share experience about manhattan tool too analyse CTR file. I have the tool but i can not using it. Which MS office will it work? I use MS office 2007. Unfortunately, the cronerf tool need keynumber. :(. Do anyone have another tool to analyse CTR (channel traffice recording)

Hi,

here's a sample of the actual CTR file and the output from the tool. this was used under r07b. i've used ofc2007 in loading the tool and it worked like a charm ;). there's a med for the cronerf here, just try searching for it...
