hsdpa inactivity timer in e*******

Hello there, which parameter controls the inactivity timer in e*******. I want to be specific im not refering to the inactivity timer to trigger state transition from cell_dch to cell_fach. I mean the one that you get the iu release because of inactivity but the pdp context is still configured and then if you start acitivity again the connection is reestablished.
