Did you check if the transmission link is stable during those hours. Also check if there are any alarms as well

Thanks

actually in 00&23 hours mean holding time of calls increases & no of call attempts began to decrease to a low value. low calls that might be the reason. e.g. if there are 2 drops in 50 cals. drop rate shoots up to 4 %.

do you mean 00:00 to 23:00 or 23:00 to 0:00

Please specify the problem clearly....... mention whether those cells carry low traffic compared to other cells

in M2000 busy hour query shows sites with zero traffic or low traffic gets data in 00:00 window. is that what you mention

You have to first identified which type of drop dominant there like Signal Strength/Quality /Sudden/Other/TA...
Then which direction drop dominant DL/UL
Some action points like this
1. if DL Quality Drop dominant ----- Hardware/Cable..etc check
2. if UL Quality Drop dominant------interference/Frequency check
3. if DL Signal Strength Drop dominant-----Check Coverage hole exist?/Antenna selection/Tilt...
4. if Sudden Drop dominant ------Check Tx link quality/BS fault/Operational issue (like frequent outage ?)
5. if Other drop dominant----Check neighbor relation/delete unnecessary neighbor/BS fault

Hope this will help you :)
