Network Design and Optimisation Engineer
Our client is looking for a Network Design and Optimisation Engineer for a project in the UK . The successful Design and Optimisation engineer will need Nokia and Huawei RAN / Air Interface practical experience.
The correct Design and Optimisation Engineer will:
Assess Site and cell level upgrade and roll out for performance within acceptance criterion
Monitor cell, site, BSC, RNC and OMC level KPI performance for trend analysis and provision of fixes.
Track problem sites using Remedy Trouble Ticket system providing clear data to help other teams fix problems quickly.
Able to analyse large datasets to identify step or subtle performance changes.
Able to break KPI's down into component parts for indepth analysis.
Able to run routines to manage parameters and connectivity and to download fix plans using CM Tool Suite.
Experienced with Nokia CM Optimizer, plan manager, plan editor, HW manager, license manager.
Able to communicate clearly with customers to understand their problem and provide clear, concise solutions or explainations in appropriate language.
Length: 6 Month +
Rates: TBC
Start Date: ASAP
