E******* parameters

Hello, im looking for a way to access and manipulate parameters in E******* RNCs. For example timer T300 and counter N300 , there are other counters which i want to manipulate as the time for the Iu release command. I heard this commands are not available for change but it must be a way, come on its not worth to ask for support in something that you can do it.
